We value the development of people, at all levels of faith and leadership. We believe the most effective way to develop people is through life-on-life relationships, offered through coaching. Coaching is conducted through the pastoral staff, elders and a coaching team of lay leaders. In addition to these coaching relationships, two learning communities are provided throughout the year.
SHAPE
SHAPE is a six-week discussion where you learn how to identify and use your spiritual gifts.
Inside-Out Metrobrook Membership Class
The membership class is for those ready to commit and invest in the local body of believers called Metrobrook Church. Mission, values, Metrobrook statement of faith are discussed the first portion of the day. Sharing personal faith stories, discovering the talents and skills God has given us and how to invest them at Metrobrook Church and beyond is emphasized the majority of the day. Some reading and completion of personal inventories is required prior to the class.
