The worship music at Metrobrook has great variety in musical style as well as in the different worship team members, yet is always focused on God and always draws you to a place where the Spirit can move in the gathered community and also speak to individual hearts.

Worship
God's Word calls us over and over again to worship Him.
Sing to the Lord a new song, for he has done marvelous things
– Psalm 98:1a
Worship the Lord with gladness
– Psalm 100:2a
Let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise
– Hebrews 13:15a
Love the Lord with all your heart, soul, mind and strength
– Deuteronomy 6:5
Worship is a minute-by-minute decision. What do our daily attitudes, motives, choices say about whom or what we worship? At Metrobrook we look at the Sunday worship service as the culmination of a week of striving to worship God rather than the opportunity to fill up for a week “in the world”. When we come to the service prepared because we’ve been worshipping all week, we are able to encourage, love and strengthen the community of Christ followers and honor the Lord through it all. It also gives us the courage and ability to be vulnerable and forgiving, which provides a welcoming atmosphere for the spiritually curious.
We’re all on a journey and at Metrobrook we want to work together to grow in our worship of the Lord. None of us have arrived, so please consider joining us.
